Overview

The details page is broken down into multiple tabs, you can find information on all the tabs below.

Details

The details tab displays information about the members attendance rate, how many classes they have booked, attended, canceled and missed, you can get a general overview of engagment from these figures.

Memberships

View all memberships the selected member has purchased or been assigned. You can remove memberships from the Actions menu.

Payments

View all payments the selected member has made, this includes subscriptions,blocks and Pay as you go purchases.

Bookings

View all bookings the selected member has made.

Benchmarks

View all benchmarks the selected member has recorded, this is a great way to track your clients progress. To learn how to setup benchmarks view the benchmarks page

Comms

View all communications the selected member has been sent from the system, this includes internal message as well as system generated emails.

Settings

View all settings related to this selected member.
