Freeze Account

You can freeze a members account using this option. This will disable them from logging into the client website, and will prevent them from booking classes. The account will NOT be deleted and can easily be reinstated by unfreezeing the account at a later date.

Send Message

You can send messages to your users with this option, Messages can be picked up by the user when they log in. You can also optionally choose to send a copy of the message to their email address.

Apply Membership

You can apply mermberships to users without them having to purchase the membership. The can be used when members pay using an alternative method or if you want to apply a trial membership to certain users. Using this method you cal apply session to the users account for the specific mnembership, doing this will allow the member to book a certain number of classes after wehich the membership will expire.

Sync To mailchimp

If you use thee Mailchimp intergration you can send the member over to mailchip ready for your marketing.

Delete Member

This will remove the member from the system preventing login.
